15 years ago, JK Mayall originally tapped Armor Craft to build a weekender truggy to rip around the desert in. After over a decade of use and abuse, he sought out Morgan Clarke of MCD1 to restore his beloved truggy to it's original glory. The project quickly snowballed into a full on recreation, now dubbed the "Phoenix" truggy. Method 105 Beadlocks, a 96' Bronco windshield, new skins/ roof scoop, complete rewiring, and a 418 Stroker LS engine putting out a cool 550 horsepower while only weighing 3800 lbs make this truggy a formidable yet comfortable off-road machine. The custom stainless steel exhaust that extrudes from the fender was integrated as a major design element as it follows the sweeping lines of the car and leans into the heritage of mid-2000s truggys. The "Phoenix" Truggy is as much a work of art as it is off-road capable.
