This Polaris RZR Pro R Factory, the industry’s first purpose-built race-ready UTV, has proven it's worth in it's inaugural race season. The Polaris Factory Racing team piloted these Gen 1 spectacles to a multitude of class and overall wins in SCORE International Series, King of The Hammers, and Vegas 2 Reno races. Brock Heger, a top athlete for the team, runs this #1896 RZR Pro R Factory. These vehicles were specifically engineered to thrive against the grueling demands of open desert racing, sporting the ProStar Fury 2.0L engine, a race-tuned transmission, racing-calibrated driveline, and a number of significant upgrades.
Lightweight construction and superior strength of the Method 412 UTV Forged Bead Grip® wheels maximize power while staying secure in the harshest racing environments. Bead Grip technology, exclusive to Method, allows the team to run lower tire pressures without risking de-beading. It achieves this with integrated Bead Grip grooves, found on both the inner and outer bead seat, that engage the tire bead for a stronger hold under extreme side load and lower air pressures. The wheel’s 'safety hump' also gets a more aggressive profile which further stabilizes the tire bead in the seat.
