After a devasting end to the 2019 Dakar Rally, which left Factory Honda’s Ricky Brabec stranded with a blown motor on day 10 out of 12 while leading. Brabec redeemed himself and silenced critics winning the 2020 Dakar Rally in a commanding fashion. Not only did he bring home the trophy making him the first ever American to win the legendary event but also endied the KTM’s 18-year winning streak.

Toyota Gazoo Racing’s all-star driver Nasser Al-Attiyah rarely finished a stage out of the top 5 and battled up until the very end to claim a 2nd place in the cars class in his T1 4x4 Toyota Hilux. The 2020 Dakar Rally was AJ Jones first year competing in the historic race. The up and coming young star teamed up with Dakar veteran Kellon Walch and the duo put on one hell of a charge in the South Racing Can Am.  Jones finished every stage of the 12 day event bringing home a solid 8th place finish.  Jones and Walch will continue their quest for cross-country racing success by competing the entire series in 2020.  Look for this team to be on top this year.
