With their latest build, Baja Kits set out to create one of the first long-travel kits for the Ford Bronco. They started out with a 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks edition as the platform, which is typically a more city focused iteration. The Outer Banks edition comes standard with a 2.3L Eco Boost engine (Baja Kits opted for the 2.7L here), 10-speed automatic transmission, GOAT (Go Over All Terrains) modes, 4WD, and removable doors and roof. Baja Kits long travel kit transforms this already capable Bronco into an off-road beast.

Baja Kits designed long travel billet upper control arms, trailing arms, upper links, pivot plates, and heavy duty steel lower control arms. They were able to add 3" of width to each side (for a 6" overall track width increase) and 12" of wheel travel. In addition to the full suspension upgrade, they also added King shocks, Rigid Industries lighting, BF Goodrich 37" tires, and Method 705 Bead Grip wheels to complete the transformation. The end result is a true off-road vehicle, capable of traversing the most difficult terrains.
