FMF Toyota Tundra and Mercedes Sprinter with Method Wheels

It's hard to deny the crossover between off-road trucks and the motorcycle world. Truck guys often get their taste for the off road life on a dirt bike, quad, etc. at an early age. Next thing you know, you're 16 and chomping at the bit for your license and a truck. You're going to need something to haul that bike of yours, right? Might as well make it a little more off-road capable.

2014 Toyota Tundra Black Method Wheels

We've always been motorcycle fans here at Method, which is why we were stoked when FMF's Donny Emler Jr. gave us a call about working together on an upcoming project. The infamous red FMF Toyota Tundra was set to be replaced by a new 2014 model. They were going to work with some big names in the industry, so we had to bring it and go with the latest and greatest; matte black 20" NV's.

Immediately after being built, the truck was sent out on tour to a slew of west coast AMA Supercross races. Suspension bits from Camburg and Fox along with Falken tires made the truck sit beautifully. But we weren't done there...

Mercedes Sprinter Van black Method wheels

One of our more recent offerings is a 17x7.5" 301 Standard specifically designed for the Sprinter & NV van market. With some slightly meatier 265/70/17 Falken tires mounted, the wheel and tire combo drastically improved the van's overall appearance.

We couldn't be happier with the outcome on both vehicles and we haven't gotten any angry calls or emails from FMF, so we assume they feel the same. Here's to more fun builds in the future!
