With numerous delays, re-routes, and time corrections, the 2014 SCORE Series got off to a hectic start at the San Felipe 250. The skies opened up on the northern section of the course on Friday and didn't show signs of stopping any time soon. With rain and stormy conditions continuing into early Saturday, SCORE officials deemed a section too dangerous for competitors. A detour was put in place eliminating roughly 59 miles of race course and re-routed racers to pick up at RM224.

Tavo Vildosola started the race 35 minutes behind BJ Baldwin due to a delay from Juan Carlos Lopez flipping shortly after the start. After corrected time and a penalty dealt to BJ, Tavo would be the official winner.

Steven Eugenio | Galindo Motorsports

Steve Eugenio drove the new Galindo Motorsports Trophy Truck to an impressive 3rd place finish. Seat time has been limited in the new chassis, so a strong finish is promising.

We're proud to say that 5 of the Top 10 Class 10 finishers were on Methods. Cody Robinson and Roberto Romo drove flawlessly to a first place finish.

Roberto Malo was on Robinson and Romo's heels finishing right behind them in 2nd.

Pat Dailey and Travis Clarke drove their Alumicraft to a 4th place finish.

Right behind them in 5th was the Pete's Camp rig driven by Rafael Navarro and Vic Bruckmann.

Chris Kemp took a break from the Trophy Truck and finished 6th behind Navarro and Bruckmann.
